Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon olive oil (for brushing)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is browned and no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula, about 8 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Mix in Cheese: Lower the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it melts and is well combined with the beef. Remove from heat and set aside to cool slightly.

Prepare the Biscuits: Open the biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly in your hands.

Fill the Biscuits: Place a tablespoon of the cheesy beef mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit. Fold the edges over the filling to create a ball, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.

Arrange on Baking Sheet: Place the biscuit bombs seam-side down on a greased baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out.

Brush with Olive Oil: Lightly brush the tops of each biscuit bomb with olive oil to promote browning.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley for a fresh touch.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 35 minutes | Servings: 12 biscuit bombs

                      - Presentation Tips: Serve the cheesy beef biscuit bombs on a large platter with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping, and sprinkle extra cheese on top for a delightful presentation.
