Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup frozen broccoli florets

2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini works well)

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Optional: Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until well combined and creamy.

Add the Veggies: Gently fold in the frozen broccoli florets and cooked pasta into the chicken mixture until evenly distributed.

Add the Cheese: Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese until incorporated.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of cheddar cheese and the grated Parmesan cheese on top of the casserole.

Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, and garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired. Serve warm and enjoy!
