Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Extra melted butter for brushing

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter and milk. Pour this mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, along with the chopped parsley and minced garlic into the dough until evenly distributed.

Using a tablespoon, scoop about 1-2 tablespoons of dough and wrap it around a piece of cheese until fully encased, forming a ball. Repeat this process until all the dough and cheese is used.

Place the cheese-filled dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced apart.

Brush the tops of the biscuit bombs with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown on the outside and the cheese inside is bubbly.

Allow the biscuit bombs to cool for a few minutes before serving.
