Ingredients

1 large French baguette

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt to taste

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and place it cut-side up on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt until well combined.

Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over the cut sides of the baguette halves.

In a separate bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Evenly sprinkle the cheese mixture over the buttered bread halves.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are lightly golden.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a minute.

Garnish the cheesy bread melts with freshly chopped parsley before slicing into individual pieces.

                  Serve warm and enjoy!
