In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
Gradually add the warm water and olive oil, mixing until a soft dough forms.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a kitchen towel, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.
Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Brush this mixture generously over the rolled-out dough.
Sprinkle the mozzarella and parmesan cheese evenly over the top of the dough.
Use a pizza cutter or knife to slice the dough into strips.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden brown.
Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve warm on a wooden board, garnished with extra parsley. Pair with marinara sauce for dipping!
