Ingredients
  

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme)

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

4 large flour tortillas

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil (for cooking)

Instructions
 

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella, cream cheese, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and diced bell peppers. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

    Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil.

      Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon a generous amount of the cheesy chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.

        Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up to create a wrap. Repeat this process for the remaining tortillas and filling.

          Place the wraps seam-side down in the heated skillet. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy, and the cheese is melted.

            Once done, remove from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Slice the wraps in half diagonally and garnish with chopped parsley.

              Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, such as ranch or marinara.
