2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup chopped fresh basil (optional)

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a skillet. Add the chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and golden brown. Remove from heat, let it cool for a few minutes, then dice or shred the chicken.

    Make the Cheesy Garlic Mixture: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, minced garlic, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Mix until well combined and creamy.

      Combine Ingredients: Add the diced chicken to the cheesy garlic mixture. Toss until the chicken is fully coated. Stir in the spinach, diced tomatoes, and fresh basil if using.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture down the center of the tortilla. Sprinkle with any remaining mozzarella cheese and add a pinch of red pepper flakes if desired.

          Roll the Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up from the bottom to enclose the filling tightly. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

            Toast the Wraps (optional): In the same skillet used for the chicken (or use a panini press), add a little olive oil and heat over medium-high. Place the wraps seam-side down and toast for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.

              Serve: Cut wraps in half and serve warm with a side of marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
