Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, or thyme)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup spinach or arugula

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes for spice

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended and creamy.

Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous portion of the cheesy chicken mixture over the center of each tortilla, leaving about an inch of space around the edges.

Add a handful of spinach or arugula on top of the cheesy mixture for a fresh crunch.

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring the filling stays secure.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Flip the wraps and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes.

Remove the wraps from the skillet and let them cool slightly. Slice them in half at a diagonal for a beautiful presentation.

Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce, such as marinara or ranch.
