2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

4 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.

      Rub the seasoning mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.

        In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from the heat and let it rest for a few minutes.

          While the chicken is resting, in a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and shredded mozzarella until well mixed.

            Once the chicken is slightly cooled, slice it into thin strips.

              Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about a quarter of the cheese mixture in the center. Add a portion of the sliced chicken and a handful of fresh spinach on top of the cheese.

                Roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

                  Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

                    Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the wraps are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

                      Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Slice each wrap in half and garnish with chopped parsley.
