To make cheesy garlic chicken wraps, you need some key ingredients. First, use cooked chicken. I love rotisserie chicken for its ease and taste. You can also use grilled chicken. Next, go for mozzarella cheese. It melts beautifully and adds the right flavor. Cream cheese helps bind everything together and gives a rich taste.

Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (can use rotisserie or grilled chicken)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme blend)

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Salt and pepper to taste

Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, Italian herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Place a handful of fresh spinach leaves in the center, followed by a generous scoop of the cheesy chicken mixture. Top with a few halved cherry tomatoes.

Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Remove from the skillet and let them cool for a minute. Slice each wrap in half diagonally for easier serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving to add a pop of color.
