2 cups penne pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

        Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Allow to simmer for about 3 minutes.

          Add the shredded chicken to the skillet and mix until evenly coated in the creamy garlic sauce.

            In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken mixture, half of the mozzarella, and half of the Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine.

              Transfer the pasta bake mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.

                Top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, followed by an even layer of breadcrumbs.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

                    Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
