4 large croissants, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 cup diced cooked ham

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

8 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped for garnish

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    In the baking dish, layer the croissant pieces evenly across the bottom.

      Sprinkle the diced ham over the croissant layer, followed by the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

        In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.

          Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layered croissant, ham, and cheese. Press down gently with a spatula to ensure the croissants absorb the egg mixture.

            Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and let it sit for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes covered, then remove the foil and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until the top is golden and puffed.

                Once done, remove from the oven and let it sit for about 5 minutes before slicing.

                  Garnish with fresh chives or parsley for added freshness and color before serving.
