Ingredients

1 package of refrigerated pizza dough (about 16 oz)

1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup of sliced pepperoni

1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning

1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder

1 egg (for egg wash)

2 tablespoons of olive oil

Marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.

Layer the pepperoni slices on top of the cheese, ensuring even coverage.

In a small bowl, mix the grated Parmesan, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Sprinkle this mixture over the pepperoni and cheese layer.

Carefully roll the dough from one long side to the other, creating a tight log. Pinch the ends to seal and tuck them underneath.

Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces and place them cut side up on the prepared baking sheet.

In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the tops of each roll for a golden finish.

Drizzle the olive oil over the rolls to enhance flavor and help them crisp up.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Let the rolls cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
