1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 lb chicken breast, diced into bite-sized pieces

2 tbsp Cajun seasoning

2 tbsp olive oil

1 bell pepper (red or green), sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup chicken broth

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup spinach leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

For the Honey Garlic Wings:

2 lbs chicken wings

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

For the Texas Toast:

4 slices Texas toast

4 tbsp butter, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp parsley, chopped

Instructions

Prepare the Cajun Pasta:

    - In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Cook the fettuccine or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

      - In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

        - In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are softened, about 3-4 minutes.

          - Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and chicken broth, bringing it to a gentle simmer.

            - Add the cooked chicken, spinach, and cherry tomatoes. Stir until the spinach wilts and everything is heated through. Adjust seasoning, if necessary.

              - Toss the pasta in the skillet with the sauce until well coated.

                Prepare the Honey Garlic Wings:

                  - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

                    - In a large bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat evenly.

                      - Place wings on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.

                        Prepare the Texas Toast:

                          - In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with minced garlic and parsley.

                            - Spread the mixture generously over each slice of Texas toast.

                              - Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven (beside the wings) for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

                                Serve:

                                  - Serve the Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

                                    - Accompany with the honey garlic wings and crispy Texas toast for an indulgent meal.
