Ingredients

2 large flatbreads or naan

1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup Caesar dressing

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Optional: lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.

Mix the Chicken: In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken with ¼ cup of the Caesar dressing. Mix well until the chicken is thoroughly coated.

Assemble Flatbreads: Spread the remaining Caesar dressing evenly over the flatbreads. Evenly distribute the shredded chicken mixture on top, followed by the chopped romaine lettuce.

Add Toppings: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and halved cherry tomatoes over the chicken and lettuce.

Bake: Place the prepared flatbreads in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.

Finish with Croutons and Pepper: Once done, remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle croutons over the top. Finish with a few cracks of black pepper for added flavor.

Serve: Cut the flatbreads into slices and serve hot, with lemon wedges on the side for an added zesty kick if desired.
