Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked spinach, chopped (or other veggies of choice)

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, cooked spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

Place a generous tablespoon of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll each crescent from the wide end to the point, tucking the edges in as you go to secure the filling.

Place the rolled crescent rolls on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly before garnishing with fresh parsley.

Serve warm and enjoy your cheesy chicken delight!
