1 can (15 oz) chili (meat or vegetarian)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup diced green onions

1/2 cup salsa

1 tablespoon taco seasoning

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving

Instructions
 

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.

    Add the can of chili, salsa, taco seasoning, garlic powder, and half of the diced green onions into the mixing bowl. Stir everything together until evenly combined.

      Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese, reserving some for topping the dip later.

        Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.

          Transfer the mixture into an oven-safe baking dish and spread it out evenly.

            Top the dip with the reserved shredded cheddar cheese and the remaining diced green onions.

              Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the dip for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

                Remove from the oven and allow it to cool slightly before serving.
