Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, combine both flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and ground cinnamon; whisk together until well blended.
In a large bowl, mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil until smooth.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
Gradually add the dry flour mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Do not overmix.
Fold in the grated zucchini, chocolate chips, and nuts (if using) until evenly distributed.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Optional nuts can be added for extra crunch.
