2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey for a different sweetness)

1/4 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Dark chocolate shavings or cocoa nibs for garnish

Fresh berries (raspberries or strawberries) for serving

Instructions
 

In a food processor, add the peeled and pitted avocados. Blend until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

    Add in the unsweetened cocoa powder, maple syrup, almond milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined, and the mixture is silky smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
