8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup granulated sugar

3 tablespoons butter, melted

Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix until smooth and creamy, ensuring there are no lumps.

    Spread the Filling: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire tortilla, reaching the edges for full flavor. Repeat this process with all tortillas.

      Roll the Tortillas: Carefully roll each tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling doesn’t spill out. Aim for a smooth and even roll.

        Prepare for Baking: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar with 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.

          Slice the Roll-Ups: Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pieces. Place the roll-ups in a greased baking dish.
