Ingredients

1 can (12 oz) refrigerated cinnamon rolls (8-count)

4 large eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter, melted

Maple syrup (for drizzling)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Optional: fresh berries for garnish

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Open the can of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll. Cut each roll into quarters and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Toss the quartered cinnamon roll pieces in the egg mixture until fully coated.

In a medium bowl, combine the coated cinnamon roll pieces with the melted butter, mixing gently to ensure an even coating.

Spread the mixture evenly on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway for even cooking if desired.

Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Drizzle with maple syrup and dust with powdered sugar.

Serve warm, optionally garnished with fresh berries for extra color and flavor.
