4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1 tablespoon butter (for greasing the pan)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish (9x13) with butter.

    Open the package of cinnamon rolls and separate them. Cut each roll into quarters and set aside.

      In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and nutmeg until well combined.

        Add the quartered cinnamon roll pieces to the egg mixture and gently toss until all pieces are evenly coated.

          Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the bites are puffed up and lightly golden brown.

              Remove the dish from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Drizzle the included icing from the cinnamon rolls over the top while it’s still warm.

                Using a spatula, cut into bite-sized pieces and serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and accompanied by maple syrup.
