Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated crescent roll dough

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup butter, melted

3 large eggs

1 cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Maple syrup (for serving)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling: In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

Roll Out Dough: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and pinch the seams together to make a solid sheet.

Add Filling: Brush the melted butter over the dough. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the dough, making sure to cover it well.

Roll Up the Dough: Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough up into a log. Slice the log into 1-inch thick rolls. You should have about 8 rolls.

Prepare the Egg Mixture: In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Dip the Rolls: Dip each cinnamon roll in the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated. Allow any excess egg mixture to drip off.

Bake the Rolls: Arrange the dipped rolls in a greased baking dish, spacing them out evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Serve: Once baked, remove from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with a drizzle of maple syrup.
