4 cups green cabbage, finely shredded

1 cup red cabbage, finely shredded

2 large carrots, grated

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)

1/2 teaspoon celery seed

Salt and black pepper to taste

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded green cabbage, red cabbage, and grated carrots. Toss them together to ensure an even mix of colors and textures.
