Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup lump crab meat, drained

1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

2 green onions, finely chopped

1/4 cup red bell pepper, finely diced

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Assorted crackers or vegetable sticks, for serving

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the mayonnaise, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard to the mixture, continuing to mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, being careful not to break it up too much. Include the Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

Stir in the chopped green onions and diced red bell pepper until evenly distributed throughout the dip.

Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, then spread the mixture into a serving dish.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld and the dip to chill thoroughly.

Once cooled, garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Serve alongside an array of crackers or vegetable sticks for dipping.
