Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cooked white rice

1/2 cup spinach, finely chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced

3 tablespoons ranch dressing

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 package (12 oz) pizza dough (store-bought)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cooked rice, chopped spinach, green onions, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Roll out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick. Cut it into squares or rectangles (approximately 4x6 inches) using a pizza cutter or knife.

Fill the Dough: Place a generous scoop of the chicken mixture in the center of each dough piece. Be careful not to overfill, as this will make it difficult to seal.

Seal the Chicken Bakes: Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket, and pinch the edges to seal well. You can use a fork to crimp the edges for an extra decorative touch.

Brush with Egg Wash: Place the sealed chicken bakes onto the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg to give them a beautiful golden color while baking.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and crispy.

Serve: Allow the chicken bakes to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm for the best flavor!
