1 cup corn (fresh or canned)

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 ripe avocado, diced

Tortilla chips for serving

Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and taco seasoning until well blended. This will be the creamy base of your dip.

Fold in the salsa gently, ensuring it's mixed throughout the cottage cheese mixture.

Add the black beans, corn, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese into the bowl. Stir until everything is well incorporated.

Transfer the dip into a serving dish and evenly sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.

Garnish with the diced avocado and chopped green onions for a fresh burst of flavor.

Finish off with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro for garnish, if desired.

Serve immediately with crispy tortilla chips or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
