8 oz rotini pasta

1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed

1 can (15 oz) corn, drained

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 green bell pepper, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 avocado, diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons lime juice

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool down.
