2 cups corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/4 cup chopped green onions

1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled, adjust for spice preference)

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced veggies for serving

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix until smooth and well blended.
