Ingredients

3 lbs of fresh crab legs (snow or king crab)

1/2 cup of Old Bay seasoning

2 tablespoons of sea salt

6 cups of water

4 ears of corn, halved

1 lb of baby potatoes (about 12-15)

1 lemon, cut into wedges

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1/4 cup of butter, melted

Optional: fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

Prepare the Pot: In a large pot, bring 6 cups of water, Old Bay seasoning, and sea salt to a boil over high heat.

Add the Vegetables: Once boiling, add the halved baby potatoes to the pot and boil for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, add the corn and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Add the Crab Legs: Carefully add the crab legs to the pot (you may have to break them to fit). Stir gently and cook for another 5-7 minutes, until the crab is heated through and the potatoes are tender.

Make the Garlic Butter: While the crab is cooking, mix the melted butter with minced garlic in a small bowl. Set aside.

Drain and Serve: Carefully drain the pot, reserving some of the broth if desired for dipping. Arrange the potatoes, corn, and crab legs on a large serving platter.

Garnish: Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the seafood and sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired. Serve the garlic butter on the side for dipping.

Enjoy: Dig in and enjoy your delightful crab leg boil with family and friends!
