8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup sour cream

1/4 cup chopped fresh chives

1/4 cup diced bell peppers (red and yellow)

1/4 cup shredded carrots

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup diced ham or turkey for an extra protein kick

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.

    Add the chopped chives, diced bell peppers, and shredded carrots to the cream cheese mixture. If using, fold in the diced ham or turkey. Stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

      Lay one tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread about 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.

        Carefully roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling stays inside.

          Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and cream cheese mixture.

            Once all tortillas are rolled, place them seam side down on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife, slice each tortilla roll into 1-inch thick pieces.
