Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1/2 cup diced cucumber

1/4 cup sliced black olives

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Add the diced red bell pepper, cucumber, black olives, and fresh chives (if using) into the cheese mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire tortilla.

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.

Once all the tortillas are rolled, wrap each one in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour to set.

After chilling, remove the tortillas from the refrigerator and unwrap them. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into bite-sized pieces, about 1-inch thick.

Arrange the tortilla bites on a platter and serve immediately, or keep refrigerated until ready to serve.

Prep Time: 20 min | Total Time: 1 hr 20 min | Servings: 16 bites

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve on a colorful platter and garnish with extra chives or a sprinkle of paprika for added color. Add a small bowl of salsa or guacamole on the side for dipping.
