Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup frozen peas

2 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Beef: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent (about 3-4 minutes).

Brown the Meat: Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink (about 5-7 minutes). Drain any excess grease if needed.

Make the Sauce: Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Cook for about 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the cooked pasta, frozen peas, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until the pasta is well-coated with the creamy sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh chopped parsley. Serve hot and enjoy your creamy beef and bowtie pasta!
