Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

Add the Ground Beef: Increase the heat to medium-high. Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned and no longer pink, approximately 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the beef broth, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer, allowing it to thicken slightly for about 5 minutes.

Mix in the Pasta: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together to ensure the pasta is well coated in the creamy sauce.

Add Cheese: Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed.

Serve: Garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy your creamy beef and bowtie pasta warm!
