Ingredients

8 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

1 small onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup beef broth

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add bowtie pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Beef: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add minced garlic and ground beef, breaking the meat apart with a spatula. Cook until the beef is browned and cooked through (approximately 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Make the Sauce: To the cooked beef mixture, pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in the heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let the sauce simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing it to thicken slightly.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the drained bowtie pasta to the skillet with the beef and creamy sauce. Toss gently to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until it melts and creates a creamy texture.

Serve: Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary. Serve the creamy beef and bowtie pasta hot, garnished with fresh chopped parsley for a vibrant touch.
