8 oz penne pasta

2 cups fresh broccoli florets

2 chicken breasts, diced

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. During the last 3 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli florets to the pot. Drain and set aside.

    Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Prepare the Sauce: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until slightly thickened.

        Add Cheese and Seasoning: Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Continue to mix until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
