Ingredients

4 lobster tails, thawed

1/2 cup unsalted butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Using kitchen scissors, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail down the center, being cautious not to cut the meat. Gently pull the lobster meat up and out of the shell, leaving it attached at the base.

Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up. Season generously with salt and pepper.

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 1–2 minutes).

Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Mix in the grated Parmesan and lemon juice, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

Pour the garlic butter sauce generously over the lobster tails, making sure to coat the meat well.

Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.

Halfway through baking, baste the lobster tails with the sauce in the pan for extra moisture and flavor.

Once done, remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

                    Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 25 minutes | Servings: 4

                      - Presentation Tips: Arrange the lobster tails on a beautiful serving platter, drizzled with any remaining garlic butter sauce, and garnish with additional parsley and lemon wedges for added color. Enjoy!
