Ingredients

12 oz bowtie pasta

1 lb ground beef

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup baby spinach, chopped

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon (about 5-7 minutes). Drain excess fat if necessary.

Sauté Garlic: Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Create the Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and stir to combine with the beef. Add the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste. Let it simmer for a few minutes until it slightly thickens.

Add Cheese: Slowly stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is creamy.

Fold in Spinach: Add the chopped spinach and stir until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Combine with Pasta: Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until the pasta is well coated with the creamy sauce.

Serve: Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
