1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.

      Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are tender and crispy around the edges.

        While the Brussels sprouts are roasting, prepare the creamy sauce. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, pour in the heavy cream and bring it gently to a simmer.

          Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Continue stirring until the sauce thickens slightly (about 3-5 minutes). Remove from heat and set aside.

            Once the Brussels sprouts are done roasting, remove them from the oven and transfer them to a serving dish. Pour the creamy Parmesan sauce over the roasted Brussels sprouts. Toss gently to coat.
