Ingredients

2 cups fresh spinach, chopped

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Sauté the Spinach: In a medium skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Add the chopped spinach and cook for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Add Flavor: Stir in the minced garlic, onion powder, and red pepper flakes (if using) into the cream cheese mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine Ingredients: Fold in the sautéed spinach, chopped artichokes, mozzarella, and grated Parmesan cheese until evenly combined.

Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the dip mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Bake: Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is lightly golden.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette for dipping.
