Ingredients

12 oz fresh or frozen cheese ravioli

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

3 cups fresh spinach

1 cup heavy cream

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

Cook the Ravioli: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving ½ cup of pasta water.

Sauté the Aromatics: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Spinach: Stir in the halved cherry tomatoes and cook for about 3–4 minutes, until they start to soften. Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.

Make the Cream Sauce: Reduce the heat to low. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring to combine. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir the mixture until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.

Combine with Ravioli: Gently fold the cooked ravioli into the creamy sauce. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached.

Serve: Remove from heat and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top if desired.
