500g chicken breast, diced

2 medium zucchinis, sliced

1 large red bell pepper, sliced

1 large yellow bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, finely chopped

3 cloves garlic, minced

200ml heavy cream

2 tablespoons paprika powder (sweet)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

2 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley for garnish

Prepare the Vegetables: Wash and slice the zucchinis and bell peppers. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic. Set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, and a tablespoon of sweet paprika. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

      Sauté the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and the onion becomes translucent.

        Add the Bell Peppers: Stir in the sliced red and yellow bell peppers, cooking for an additional 4-5 minutes until they start to soften.

          Incorporate Zucchini: Add the sliced zucchinis to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes until they're tender yet still crisp.

            Create the Sauce: Pour the heavy cream into the skillet, then stir in the smoked paprika and the remaining sweet paprika. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
