Ingredients

2 cups shredded cooked chicken

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

1 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)

1/4 cup green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips, celery sticks, or veggie sticks for serving

Instructions

In the crockpot, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well mixed.

Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally until the cream cheese is melted and ingredients are well incorporated.

After 2 hours, add in the shredded cheddar cheese and blue cheese (if using). Stir again and cook for an additional 30-45 minutes on low until the cheeses are melted and the dip is hot.

Once ready, stir the dip well and taste; adjust seasoning or add more buffalo sauce if desired.

Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips, celery sticks, or your choice of dippers.
