Ingredients
  

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together to create a garlic butter mixture.

      Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.

        Place a tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each flattened biscuit.

          Fold the biscuit dough over the cheese, pinching the edges to seal it tightly. Shape it into a ball and ensure the cheese is completely enclosed.

            Dip each cheese-filled ball into the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are well-coated.

              Place the garlic bombs on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

                Drizzle any remaining garlic butter mixture over the tops of the dough balls, and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.

                  Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until the bombs are golden brown and puffed up.

                    Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your cheesy garlic bombs warm!
