Ingredients
  

1 large loaf of French bread

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie chicken works great)

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.

      Slice the loaf of French bread in half lengthwise, then carefully hollow out the middle of each half to create space for the filling. Save the removed bread for later use.

        Add half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese to the chicken and bacon mixture, stirring until well combined.

          Evenly distribute the chicken mixture into each half of the hollowed-out bread, pressing down gently to pack it in.

            Top the stuffed bread with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheese.

              Place the stuffed bread halves on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and bake in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges of the bread are golden brown.

                Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Then, slice into portions and garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
