1/4 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

1 celery stalk, finely chopped

2 green onions, sliced

1/4 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill or parsley for garnish

Start by chopping the hard-boiled eggs into small pieces. You can use a knife or an egg slicer for even sizes.
