Ingredients

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (for rolling)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until smooth and creamy.

Add the finely chopped dill pickles, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix until thoroughly combined.

Form the mixture into a ball shape using your hands. If the mixture is sticky, wet your hands slightly to make handling easier.

Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans or walnuts, pressing gently to adhere the nuts to the surface.

Place the cheese ball on a serving plate and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld and to firm up.

Before serving, garnish the cheese ball with fresh dill to add a touch of color and flavor.

Serve with an assortment of crackers, veggies, or pretzels for dipping.
