1 cup pretzel sticks

1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, pecans)

1 cup bagel chips, broken into pieces

1/2 cup dill pickle juice

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 tablespoon dill weed

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon celery salt

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 250°F (120°C).

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rice Chex, corn Chex, pretzel sticks, mixed nuts, and bagel chips. Toss gently to mix evenly.

Prepare Flavoring: In a separate bowl, whisk together the dill pickle juice, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, smoked paprika, celery salt, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the seasoning mixture over the Chex mix and use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold everything together, ensuring every piece is coated.

Bake: Spread the mixture evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even toasting and flavor distribution.

Cool & Serve: Remove the Chex mix from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. Once cooled, break apart any clusters and transfer to a serving bowl or airtight container.
