Ingredients
  

8 oz rotini pasta

1 cup dill pickles, diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup celery, diced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons pickle juice (from the jar)

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cook the rotini pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Drain well.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced dill pickles, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, diced celery, and shredded cheddar cheese.

      In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, pickle juice, fresh dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.

        Pour the dressing over the pasta salad mixture and gently toss until everything is well combined and coated.

          Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, pepper, or pickle juice if desired.

            Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
