Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup dill pickles, finely chopped

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped dill pickles, sliced green onions, fresh dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well-combined and creamy.

Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface or a large cutting board. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla, leaving about half an inch around the edges.

If using, sprinkle some shredded cheddar cheese over the cream cheese layer for an added cheesy flavor.

Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape. Make sure to roll evenly and tightly to avoid any gaps.

Once rolled, wrap the tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up. This also helps the flavors to meld together.

After chilling, remove the pinwheels from the fridge and unwrap them from plastic wrap. Using a sharp knife, slice the rolled tortilla into 1-inch thick pinwheels.

Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with extra dill or a few whole pickles for decoration.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour 15 minutes | Servings: 8 (Approximately 20 pinwheels)

                  - Presentation Tips: Serve on a vibrant platter with colorful toothpicks, and consider pairing with a small bowl of ranch or dipping sauce for an extra touch!
